Overview

We stand by our mechanics and their work. All work conducted by NAS professionals is covered by our 12 month / 20,000km nationwide warranty. Our mechanics are carefully selected to uphold the high standard of skill, professionalism and experience that is part of the NAS philosophy.

If there is ever a problem with a repair or service:

• We’ll provide a solution then and there on your call.
• We’ll send someone out as quickly as possible to fix the problem.
• We’ll follow up to ensure your problem was fixed and that your car is running as it should be.

Our warranty covers:

1. All parts and fluids supplied, installed or serviced by NAS mechanics.
2. All labor performed by NAS mechanics
3. Your vehicle for a period of 12 months or 20,000km (whichever comes first).

Our warranty service is Nationwide – wherever you are or happen to be if something goes wrong. We do require that we are given first chance of repair – we think that’s pretty fair.
