Your friendly NAS technician will always provide an itemised quote for you to approve before starting any work. Your technician is right there to speak to should you have any questions about your vehicle or your quote.

NAS only charges for time we spend directly working on your vehicle. NAS has national arrangements with a network of automotive suppliers who deliver to us onsite, which greatly reduces travel time and waiting time to get parts.

NAS prides itself on open and honest communication. your mechanic will show you an itemised quote of the work required and all associated costs before commencing any work.

 NAS always goes out of our way to assist our customers in managing their budget in relation to vehicle expenses and guide them in making long term service plans and decisions. Vehicles are an expensive asset, and we recognise how important it is to keep your costs down, without compromising on quality.

If you know what you need, we will provide an itemised bill of costs before commencing any work. If you’re unsure, and just need your vehicle fixed on the spot, we have a Repair Call Out Fee of $125.00. After this, we then charge a reasonable hourly rate in 15-minute increments.

Paying NAS is easy at the completion of work - we accept EFTPOS, plus all major credit cards including Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Diners. We also accept cash, cheque, FleetCard, MotorPass and MotorCharge.

We employ fully qualified and highly trained technicians, who utilise fully equipped mobile workshops. Technicians are selected against NAS’s stringent skill, quality of work, and customer service excellence benchmarks. However, your vehicle is always worked on by a seasoned professional.

We have a mixture of employees, Contractors and Sub-Contractors Australia wide.

In our major cities we have HVAC, Electrical, Auto-electrical, Electrical test and tag & Fire check capabilities.

NAS is open to all customers. We come to you; you don’t need to come to us. The service we provide keeps our customers coming back – we don’t need to lock you in with unnecessary membership fees!

We can usually organise same or next business day bookings. You can email us sales@nationalautoservice.com.au or call 1300 786 955 to arrange an arrival time. Call early to get your preferred time.

Our team is available for new appointments from 8:00AM to 2:00PM Monday to Friday. The helpful NAS team is available by phone from 7.00am to 7.00pm on 1300 786 922

There is a $50.00 surcharge for any job booked in for a Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.

NAS is closed on Christmas and Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday and Anzac Day and open with a skeleton crew on other national or state public holidays. There is a $45.00 surcharge for work performed on any national or state holiday.
